BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSITS & AVAILIBILITY

To maintain a balance of faith, work, and artistry, The Glam Code operates on a dedicated weekend rhythm:

  • Securing your spot: $25 deposit is required to secure all services.

  • Hours: Services will be on Saturdays between 6AM – 6PM & Sundays between 11AM-3PM for in-person artistry and on-location services.

  • Before/After Hours Request: Need a spot outside of our regular business hours? These are accommodated on a case-by-case basis when requested directly, subject to a $25 Before/After Hours Request and advance planning.

TRAVEL & ON-LOCATION SERVICES

To keep things simple and transparent, we utilize a Flat Rate Travel Fee:

  • Within 25 miles: Free

  • 26 to 75 miles: $25 Flat fee

  • 76 to 100 miles: $50 flat fee

  • 101+ miles/Out of State: Custom quote that may include car rental, flight, and/or lodging.

  • Advanced Notice: For any service requiring extended travel, a 3-week notice is required to ensure all logistics are flawlessly planned.

GRACE PERIOD & CANCELLATIONS

  • Rescheduling: You may transfer your deposit to a new date once, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a forfeited deposit.

  • Tardiness: To stay on schedule for the other clients, services that begin more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a cancellation.

COMMUNICATION & REST HOURS

Response time: I will reply to all email Communication within 24-48 business hours.

Rest hours: To remain fully present for my clients and my personal life, I take a digital rest period after 9:00 PM. All inquiries after this time will be answered the following day.

BUSINESS INQUIRIES

Custom bookings: Available for bridal parties, commercial/editorial photoshoot, brand activations, and on-site events (such as corporate headshot days).

What to include in your inquiry: To help me put together a custom quote, please share your event date, location, estimated timeline, and the total number of people needing services.

Trials & consultation: Pre-event trials or consultations can be arranged upon request to lock in your look ahead of time.
